Corner Store

Long before superstores and large scale grocery chains, the neighborhood "Corner Store" was the place residents could walk to for a few items to make a meal or supplies to clean self and surroundings.  The corner store was also a major hub of social activity where you could learn what was going on in the neighborhood or to listen to a ball game with good friends.
