Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
1. The shipping and processing cost is $7.25 domestic, $14.50 for Hawaii and Alaska, and $29.00 to everywhere else.
2. It typically takes 7-9 business days for order to get to our domestic customers.
3. It is possible for shipments to be delayed by events that our of our control as in the case of severe weather condition, natural disasters, and labor disputes with our shippers.
4. Shipping times vary for international destinations. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes once shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
1.Creative Minds will accept for return or exchange items that are in new condition and free of any damage.
2. For a refund or exchange simply return the item(s) within 14 days from receipt of the original order.
3.For returns, Creative Minds will refund the cost of the item minus shipping costs.
4. Items must be returned with Creative Minds tags still attached and the items must be in their original packaging.
